Meetings

Each BDAPTC member council appoints one or two councillors to the Association and these councillors, together with the chairmen of the two parish meetings, can attend the quarterly meetings which are normally held in the Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council Offices in London Road, Basingstoke. These meetings fulfil the need that the parishes have for a forum in which matters important to them can be talked through on a peer to peer basis, each parish/town representative sharing information with the others.

Please note that Parish Clerks can also attend Association Meetings and join in the general discussion but they do not have voting rights.
